Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when KhetiTak can provide a refund, replacement, or other resolution for products ordered through the KhetiTak agriculture marketplace.

1. Cash on delivery

KhetiTak currently accepts cash on delivery for eligible orders. If a cash-on-delivery order is cancelled before dispatch, no payment has been collected and there is no payment refund.

2. Eligible issues

Contact us if you receive an item that is wrong, damaged, materially different from the confirmed order, or missing from the delivery. We may request photographs, the order number, and details of the issue.

3. Exclusions

A refund or replacement may not be available for normal wear, misuse, improper storage or handling, a change of mind after delivery, or an issue reported after the product has been used. Product-specific restrictions may apply where required for safety or law.

4. How to request a resolution

1. Email support@khetitak.in with the subject “Refund Request”.
2. Include your order number, registered phone number, issue description, photographs where relevant, and whether you prefer a replacement or refund.
3. Keep the product and original packaging available until the review is complete.

5. Review and timelines

We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 working days. We will coordinate with the local partner dealer and normally communicate the outcome within 7 working days after receiving the information needed to review the case. Pickup, replacement and verification timing can vary by location and product.

6. Refund method

For an approved prepaid order, the refund will be sent to the original payment source where supported by the payment provider. For an approved cash-on-delivery or other exceptional refund, KhetiTak will contact you to confirm an appropriate method. Processing time after approval depends on the bank or payment provider.
